Past National Commander

Final Delegate Strength 30 days prior to Convention
Attached is the final Delegate Strength List as stated in the Detachment By Laws for Squadron Membership 30 days prior to the Convention. To date I have received 12 Squadron Delegate Registration Forms. Please make a concerted effort to get your registration form to me as soon as possible to give time to make up the preprinted Delegate Badges.
Detachment Membership Report
Also attached is the current Detachment Membership Report. Congratulations to all of you who have met or exceeded the 100% goal for this year. Many of you only have 1 to 5 members to reach 100% for the year. Just a couple of phone calls or stopping by a members house is all you are away from getting a 100% banner at the Convention. Currently there are 52 Squadrons who are at 100% or greater. For those of you that are behind 10 or more members have a few of your members take five or six names to contact and try to renew those outstanding members.
Squadron Consolidated Report Forms
So far 19 reports have been received.  Every week I get a copy of "Vet's News" produced by Ray Samko and I see the many fund raisers and events that you are doing throughout the year. It only takes a few minutes to fill out this report. Take pride in what you do for your Communities our Veterans and Children so we can let people know of all the great programs we are involved with in The American Legion.
Convention Rooms Bradford Inn & Suites
The block of rooms held for the S.A.L. has now been lifted. All future housing in Plymouth must be done on your own.
Child Welfare Raffle Tickets
Many of you have been sending your tickets that we sent to every Squadron and we are very thankful for your support. If you want more tickets let me know. A great shout out and kudo to Mark St.Andre from Sutton Squadron 414 who sold 17 books on his own. Unbelievable job Mark. For your information, at the National Executive Committee meetings held last weekend in Indianapolis, the Sons of The American Legion on a National level have donated over $550,00.00 so far for this year.
Keep the good work all you do and see you in Plymouth.
